Dr. Alcade and his assistant Julia provided my daughter a wonderful experience. She was very nervous but they put her mind at ease and performed the treatment without any pain or issues. I recommend anyone needing to have a procedure to go to them at Advanced Endodontics. My daughter said that even though she was scared, the dentist made the worst part into a game and kept her distracted.

Everyone to the reception to the physician were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They made my 13 year old feel at ease, calm, and explained everything to she and I thoroughly. Her dental procedure was pain free, and they handled her with the upmost care. Thank you so much for taking such great care with my daughter! Highly recommend!

For starters, this was a telehealth session. The provider looked at me once the entire session. He stated he was going to order one dose and then ordered a different dose. He appeared judgmental with something that I said. And that was the only time he looked at me. He ordered me something that was already on my med list of which I was already taking. He didn't seem to care about what I've taken before for the same symptoms that have worked for me. If I have a choice, I will not see him again. In fact, will probably use a different company.

The entire experience from the entrance through the door was beautiful! The decor and snack section was a welcome surprise! The staff was friendly and the assistant was helpful that did the x-rays. The explanation of the plan of action was clear and concise and the extra effort when I was paying the bill for the Dr. to actually come out to the waiting area and give me some last minute instructions that I had inquired about was above and beyond! What a wonderful and efficiently ran office!! Thank you!
