Regardless what my insurance will or won't pay...I will NEVER 4get the level of care of a "Human, Professional, Godly & Knowledgeable team of Top Quality people who are more like a FAMILY! I moved from Washington D.C. a year ago and was looking for a new dental office. I am not the bravest man when it comes to visit the so I needed a doctor who can do all the treatments as painless as possible so my friend referred me to Dr. Herrera's office. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and all my insurance and personal info was taken. The admin staff was very professional explaining to me what my insurance covers and getting me started with the preliminary steps (x ray, check up, etc). While I was getting checked up, I explained to the Dr. and his assistants who where helping me that I don't like to feel any pain and they took care of my very well. I had a regular cleaning, a couple of cavities, and a crown treatment which they did an awesome job. Thank you! My insurance didn't cover the full amount so the admin staff helped me and explained the financing options. I am extreamly satisfied with the customer service and professionalism I received.

In general, zoc docs is a scam targeting those that, in my case, can't afford anything other than state Medicaid. Zoc docs falsely booked 3 appointments for me in a single day, of which only this doctor was even in his office. Once I, over a phone (!) rescheduled to a time that the doctor actually intended to be at the office, was I told the insurance didn't cover even the most basic cleaning services and that the extra work they wanted to 'electively' perform couldn't happen till I retuned ANOTHER day! Another day??! This so-called booking service not only lied about 3 booked appointments, zoc docs misrepresented the insurance coverages and furthermore took advantage of a state Medicaid client. I'm appalled this service is allowed to exist to take advantage of hard working individuals.

I had a great experience. The two girls in the front are very warm and welcoming. The doctor (Dr. Hererra) is very gental and professional. I had a pain free experience. The dental assistant was also very good. I look forward to my next visit.
