I made my appointment online, verified the appointment via text and filled out paperwork online prior to the appointment to save time. This is HUGE for me as a busy working mom. I’m not always able to answer a call or make a call to schedule an appt with a toddler screeching in the background.
When I arrived, the ladies at the front greeted me by name and said I had filled everything out and the doctor would be with me soon. I maybe waited 5 minutes before being called back. The Dental Hygienist Grace was kind and explained each step. Dr Ahmedo was personable and spent actual time with me as a patient which felt important. He was available during our cleaning to ask questions and converse. Grace then finished the cleaning professionally and quickly. I was in and out in less than 50 mins and no one tried to sell me anything additional while there.
I made my follow up appt before leaving.

Honestly, one of the best dentist experiences I've had. Would recommend Dr. Ahmedo and his staff. The front desk was super helpful working out my complicated insurance. The specialty at this office seems to be cosmetic dentistry and veneers. The doctor explained everything going on in my mouth, took pictures, and gave me different options for my care. The prices seemed very fair.

I've never had a favorite dentist before but now he is. Super nice guy, keeps me from getting anxious- gave me a perfectly painless root canal. The cavities he filled are so perfect I show everyone and you can't even tell there was ever a hole in the tooth. True artist and professional.

Woman at front desk was rude, ignored inquiries, and wait time was too long. We already accommodated the dentist by agreeing to change appointment from 3:00 to 3:30. We arrived about 3:15 to make sure we filled out any needed forms and didn't hold up the dentist. Front counter ignored us for over half an hour and we weren't seen until about 3:50.

He is so kind and gentle. I have always been anxious going to the dentist. Even tho' I still don't actually look forward to getting work done, if I have to, I definitely want to go there. He's the best.
