Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Madhu & Simply Dental. Have done root canals, crowns and fillings with Dr. Madhu and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Madhu is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. 10/10. I love it here.

Dr. Madhumietha Arumugam graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine advanced standing program with a passion for providing comprehensive restorative care.
Dr. Arumugam has a previous combined experience of five years as a periodontist and general dentist in India. Dr. Arumugam is uniquely qualified in being a general dentist with previous 3-year periodontics residency training in India. She graduated Summa Cum Laude as a gold medalist, University topper and with multiple scholarships including the Colgate Scholarship for highest University Examination marks from one of the premier Universities for Dentistry in India, and went on to pursue a 3-year residency specializing in Periodontics, Implantology & Laser Dentistry. She also has previous experience in University teaching as a clinical associate professor in Periodontology in India.
Dr. Arumugam has publications in peer-reviewed international dental journals and currently serves as a member of the international review board for three different International dental journals. She has broad-based experience in general dentistry practice, clinical periodontics, Implant Dentistry, Fixed & removable prosthodontics, Endodontics, Laser Dentistry, oral surgery, Invisalign and CAD-CAM restorations. Her aim is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based, expert patient care combining her passion for restorative dentistry with her experience of periodontal practice, both of which are the two pillars to establish healthy oral care for our patients.
During her free time, she likes to blog, read fiction and non-fiction books, learn new languages, explore different cuisines and spend time with family.
