I was able to make an emergency appointment the night before due to a cracked tooth. His office was able to see me early the next morning and it was a great visit. I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia so any contact with my face can be painful. Dr. Bakri and his staff were very understanding.

I went to this dentist back in DEC because he was close to my work place in NJ. The hygienist did a really good job. It was my first time going there. The dentist came in and said I had two very small cavities. He also, like most dentist, was trying to talk you into some expensive cosmetic crap you didn't need. I brush twice in the morning. I brush, floss and brush again to remove residue from flossing. I've been going to the dentist twice a year since I can remember for a cleaning. I thought it to be strange he said I had a cavity but I rescheduled to come back anyway. They sent me emails and called to make sure I was coming back after I set up my appointment. I came back after work and I was told by the receptionist he would be at least 20 minutes late after sitting there for 10 minutes. He was in Brooklyn at another office. I couldn't wait and wonder when he was going to get there so I said I would reschedule. Thy offered no apology for my time. Remember, I live in NYC and past a lot of qualified dentist to go to this guy. I went back on Zoc Doc to reschedule but his account said I was unable to make an appointment via Zoc Doc. I Simply knew I was wasting my time. I schedule a visit with another dentist only to find out there are no cavities. He stated my filling was a bit old and may eventually need replacing but he didn't see any evidence of cavities. This guy is a desperate small time crook. Don't waste your time. The hygienist was good. If she knows what's good for her, she would move on to another practice. The way he operates, he will be out of business soon.

Dr. Bakri explained my treatment perfectly. I understood everything he said I needed. He is a very intelligent man when it comes to dentistry. The staff was also great. They were very welcoming.
