Dr. Baghaei is amazing, but her staff were really rude and didn't make me feel comfortable. Going to the dentist can be an unnerving experience and when I was asking her staff questions they brushed me off and answered me curtly. I was about to write off Dr. Baghaei's office altogether until I met her - she's absolutely lovely and patient and answered all of my questions and explained everything as she went.

Such a thorough exam, Dr. Baghaei and the team were great about everything - explained everything, walked me through the issues and even extended my appointment to take care of some cavities all at my first visit. So kind and calming. Very happy to deal with the issues and feel comfortable.

This was the most enjoyable experience that I've ever had at a dentist's office. Dr. Baghaei, her hygienists, and receptionists were all warm and friendly.
Upon examination, Dr. Baghaei was open and transparent about her findings, even spending time to show me how to assess my x-rays.
The office was modern and extremely clean and well-kept. I feel pretty lucky to have stumbled upon her practice on ZocDoc!

It is unfortunate the office operations/front desk staff is highly NON competent to navigate an appointment whether it be via phone calls or email, AND they are the ones who reached out to me, yet can't follow thru! Lucky for me I called the office in the morning I was suppose to have an appointment--oh but they forgot to put it in the book.
Text you they will charge you $50 if you cancel yet they switch dentist on you without prior notice.
Offer a gift card for referrals but you need to put the effort forward to ask repeatedly they don't contact you or keep records.
I would recommend Dr. Baghaei if she changes offices!

Needed an emergency post put in for a previous dental work that I left unattended to-- Staff was great in communicating costs and I was able to book my appointments and have the work done very very quickly. Everyone there is quite friendly-

Took me in right away. She explained any costs that would come out of pocket since my insurance has a deductible before starting any procedures which I really appreciated. She also walked through my x-rays with me and gave me background so that I can understand what was going on. Very gentle, understanding, and helpful; highly recommend her.
