My first visit! I just relocated to the area after living on the East Coast and I needed a new dentist, offering specialized services. Dr Schwartz snd his team had wonderful reviews on multiple sites so I made an appt. It was a very positive experience. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff demonstrating great teamwork, literally no wait for my appointment and they were very proactive providing me paperwork beforehand so that was complete before I arrived (I love it when medical practices do this—such a timesaver). Dr Schwartz was very approachable, knowledgeable, communicated effectively and provided me a clear plan of dental care for the coming year or so. The office had some new dental technology that I had not seen before but it provided a very thorough look at the integrity of my dental work and where I could potentially have future problems. I made the right choice—highly recommended!

Marc is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. After earning his DDS degree from the University of Southern California in 1995, he returned to the Bay area to start his private practice.
To stay informed of the revolutionary developments in dentistry, Marc participates in various continuing education courses and maintains membership in organizations such as the American Dental Association, the Western Pedodonic and Odontic Society, and the San Mateo Dental Society.

Visited for my first dental appointment in 5 years and Dr. Schwartz was straightforward and nonjudgemental. He gave a lot of insight into what was going on with my teeth and the next steps, as well as some tips on how to get the most out of my insurance. The staff was very friendly and helpful too, including the hygienist who cleaned my teeth very gently!

My experience with Dr. Schwartz was definitely a positive one. I tend to be an apprehensive patient, but he is gentle, understanding and reassuring. He is also conservative as far as his treatment and estimates and give you options. His staff is professional, efficient and kind. I would recommend Dr. Schwartz to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, well-skilled dentist with all the latest high-tech equipment and great bedside manner.
