Cannot get a basic cleaning - every review I read prior said that they upsell a super cleaning and that is exactly what happened. You see the dentist first, and he will immediately say you need to pay extra and come back on another day. In my full lifetime of going to the dentist, I have never heard of a super cleaning.

I don’t know if the previous raters didn’t have a good day or the doctor didn’t, but the day I saw the dentist was a good day to go (or was raining in SF). The dentist may have a little bit of trouble to explain things (maybe English isn’t his first language), but with the help of some follow up questions, he does take ample time to explain if you don’t quite understand. It does seem like a busy clinic, probably because they serve the low income population by accepting Medi-Cal. I would go again.

Unfortunately they weren't able to help me because I needed more severe help than they could provide. But they did everything they could and explained to me exactly what I need to do and where to go. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

This dentist is awful, read the google reviews before you go. I went in for a cleaning but was told I needed to do a deep clean prior which undoubtedly would have cost much more and is not standard practice. The dentist does not explain his findings, he just mumbles numbers to his assistant and then tells you a deep cleaning is required. Apparently this happens to all new patients, again read the google reviews before you book. Office staff is very friendly but the office and dental rooms are run down. Will never go back.

I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this dental office. From the start, the environment was unwelcoming. Dr. Randhawa and his assistants skipped any pleasantries and jumped straight into blunt questioning: “Why are you here? What’s your insurance?” I was told, “Put on these shades. Open your mouth. OPEN. Your teeth are terrible, they all need to be crowned.” They insisted I needed a deep cleaning, despite me saying I had one 3 weeks ago elsewhere. I felt so overwhelmed that I stopped the appointment midway to reschedule. I hadn’t expected to hear such extensive and costly treatment without explanation or review of my history.
Afterward, they had me wait over an hour in the lobby while they prepared a financial estimate, which was significantly more than what my previous provider quoted for the same concerns. Their plan also directly conflicted with my previous dentist’s assessment. I won’t be returning and urge others to be cautious of their practices and patient care.
