I have been a patient here for several years and my recent appointment was great, excellent customer service. I was amazed by the high technology the doctor used to do my crown .
Like always Dr Jimenez was very gently They never made me feel rushed,, .I highly recommend.

Though very friendly , the dentist had a very tough time explaining the costs of procedures and after being told a certain amount on my first visit and then was told a very different high amount on my second visit.
She rushed a bit through at the end of my visit and the bit she just put in flew off the "dremel" tool. Then after putting the bit back in, she began to drill in my mouth where the bit spun off again, hit my tooth and landed in my mouth! I had to spit it out and refused for her to continue.
At that point I took my quote and never returned. Would not recommend!

Every time we had a visit, it’s been a pleasant experience. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Waiting time is very limited. Doctor Jimenez is very considerate and good with kids too.

The doctor presented herself in a most courteous and confident manner which immediately put me at ease. She informed me of the options that were available from the least expensive to more involved procedure. She was also able to inform me of these options completely in both English and Spanish which put me at even greater ease with her care. The Dr. has been available by phone at all times. She is an artist.

Consistent excellence is a phrase I use only so very rarely. But it has always applied to the professional treatment I have received from Dr. Jimenez.
