As a teenager she volunteered at Mount Sinai hospital, Toronto, Canada, at the dental clinic. It was at that time that she decided that she wants to pursue a career in the dental field. She earned her DDS (Doctor of Dental surgery degree) from the University of Toronto, which ranks as the third top dental school in North America. Dr.Leizgold is continuously educating herself by taking countless hours of continuing education, lectures, and hands-on courses in latest dental advances, allowing her to provide the best care modern dentistry has to offer. I completed all of the new patient forms as requested on line and was told by the doctor's staff the information was not forwarded to the Doctor's office.
Her staff requested I complete all of the forms out again and I left the office without seeing the doctor!

I? went here for an exam and dental cleaning, was seen by a different doctor(not the one shown on zocdoc- not a big deal) however was only seen by the dr for about three minutes. They told me I? had two cavities and sent me with the hygienist for cleaning who was great. Although I? was hesitant at how rushed exam seemed, my insurance was expiring soon so I? scheduled the fillings. Filling appt went fine, until I? got home and noticed I? could still see two cavities. I? had thought this was what the dr was filling but these ones were untouched. I? hesitantly called back to inform them of the missed cavities and that id like to return. Unfortunately you can’t get in touch with the actual office, instead an answering service who is difficult to communicate with. The day of my scheduled RE-filling, they called 30 mins before the appt, after I’d already left work, and said I? don’t need to come in because I? already had my fillings. I? had to call back and convince the answering service (again) that they missed cavities and she finally said I? could still go. I? arrive and wait 20 minutes before dr. comes in, asks me where the cavities are, I? point and he says ok. Tells me only one is a cavity. Doesn’t turn the light on to check. The manager comes back in and tells me I? have two cavities, but they can’t see me today. I? said this is unacceptable as I? took off work for appt and I’m already here in the chair. I? asked one of the dental assistants to look to see if it’s one or two cavities (everyone’s telling me different things) she tries to turn on the light and realizes it’s broken. I? wait an HOUR to get the fillings finally, (almost left but don’t have time before insurance expires to find new dr) Fillings went fine, I? leave the appt and notice my back teeth are blue like they have ink on them! So I? had to come home and scrub I?t off. (One small part won’t come off!) Terrible 3rd experience, will not be returning.

After much research, I chose to take my dad to see Dr. Zadov. I waited some time before being called. Once inside, I noticed another dentist was going to examine my father. When I notified the staff I made an appointment specifically with Dr.Zadov through ZOCDOC, I was told Dr. Zadov was getting ready to leave. After complaining, Dr. Zadov came in to see my dad and I can say it was the most rushed appointment I have ever experienced. Except for another dentist in the office, the staff is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I have been awaiting to hear from the office for a response from the insurance company for a procedure my father was recommended for. In fact, I was told the original approval expired because I missed an appointment. However, I never knew of the approval because they NEVER contacted me. After calling the office on several occasions, I was told someone would get back to me (again and again) within 1-2 days. They NEVER did and was eventually was told it was MY responsibility to call the insurance company myself. I must add that during a visit , I overheard a woman complaining that the staff was billing her for a visit which had taken place a year later later from the date of service. Although she had visited the office numerous times after the office visit, she wasn't informed of the bill until one year later. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The wait time was long and the staff was unprofessional. When the dentist came in the room to evaluate me she did not introduce herself. She went on to instruct the office manager to write a treatment plan for me. Said treatment plan was not discussed with me. I later found out that they wanted to upcharge me for a routine cleaning. I would not advise anyone to visit this location. The HIPPA law was not being observed at this provider's office.

This was my first visit to this office. No one introduced themselves. I'm not even sure if Dr. Zadov was the doctor that analyzed my X-rays.

Wait time was very long. I was taken back quickly but then in between each step of X-rays, cleaning and doctor took forever. I was there in total for about 2 hours for a routine teeth cleaning with no issues.

The woman taking x-rays was great. The dentist did not seem like they wanted to be there and was complaining about the other dentist in the office to the hygenist. She gave no explanation of her recommendations, but after examining me for less than two minutes sent me to the desk with the treatment plan.

The dentist was friendly, however the wait was almost 2 hours for a simple cleaning and x-rays. It was too late by the time I has been seen to have any necessary work done. The receptionist was very friendly, but I had to fill out the paper work again at the office because they had trouble accessing it even though I completed it online. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was great!

All together very nice office, and friendly gentle & kind staff. I had a very good experience here, although I was sad to learn I had 2 cavities and my insurance won't kick in to cover it for 6 months! Now Im gonna have to pay out of pocket, and I am currently looking for work, so not sure when I'll be able to take care of it, hopefully before I experience any pain.

My appointment was with Dr. Suneetha Atluri. Not marianna zadov. She was excellent. I will use her for myself and my son. She filled 6 cavities like lightening, and had alot of patience. I would definitely recommend her for pediatric and adult dentistry. I give 10 stars!

Absolutely the best experience I ever had with a dentist. She made me feel completely comfortable from the minute I stepped in the office. I would recommend her to all my friends. I normally don't get involved with surveys but I am making an exception in this case due to the wonderful visit I had. I actually am looking forward to my next appointment which I never due with a dentist.
