Dr. Holliday is excellent as well as her staff. She make sure that you leave satisfied. She even calls you personally, next day to make sure everything is well. I experienced a major toothache all of a sudden. I called them at 8:31 am, they told me to come in. Once I got there, I was able to get right in and she fixed it with no hesitation. Im so appreciative of everyone in her office for making me feel valued.

I have had to have substantial dental work complete with root canals and permenant crowns since 8 years old now 50 years later there is no doubt why Dr. Marie Holliday has done all my endodontist, dental and implant work since the 1980s she is absolutely the best.

I had a wonderful experience. I had a lower molar removed. The procedure was over so quick I had to ask is it already over? The doctor replied yes I'm finished. She is so gentle. If you are afraid of needles and pain this is the place to go.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Holliday. This business takes advantage of me using hidden pricing. I warned that my teeth were sensitive and they rubbed a desensitization cream to a few teeth during my cleaning. As I was leaving my appointment, they immediately billed me a large amount for this application. I was not asked if I wanted the cream nor was I told this would incur a separate charge than the cleaning fee. Further, when this cream failed to make my teeth any less sensitive, Dr. Holliday refused to reduce my bill. Additionally, they put a small 1.8 oz. toothpaste tube in my bag and said it would help sensitivity. I discovered later that I was charged for this toothpaste. I have been to enough professional dentists to recognize this hidden pricing and effort to nickle and dime their customers as an extremely unethical practice.
Yet another red flag was making me give them my credit card immediately as I was leaving to charge me for the "estimated bill." Every business I have been to bills your insurance first and then bills you once they know the exact amount that is uncovered by insurance. It reminded me of a sketchy business that needs to charge you immediately in order to cover their own rent and equipment. Every dentist I have been to was able to wait a month to speak with my insurance before billing me the exact amount I owe (rather than just "estimating" the amount to charge me before I walk out the door). Will never be going back and will not recommend to any of my Fort Worth colleagues.

I have always had a fear of dentists (to the point of neglecting my teeth). I found myself to be very relaxed in the environment of Dr. Holliday's office and staff. I also have the impression that she will be conservative in suggesting future needs as opposed to suggesting multiple procedures that may or may not be comletely necessary. I was very impressed overall.
