Dr. Mark grew up on a farm in Western Pennsylvania about 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. From the age of 14, Mark knew he wanted to be a Dentist. He was influenced by an uncle who was himself a Dentist that shared his experiences with Mark. His uncle took great care to answer Mark’s questions, explaining the types of procedures he performed, how they worked and why they were necessary. Mark was fascinated by the various techniques Dentist’s could deploy to help people, relieve their pain and sometimes make a transformative difference in their lives.
With this aspiration in mind he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton followed by his graduate work at University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine where he would acquire his D.M.D or Doctor of Dental Medicine. The aim of helping people achieve and maintain optimal oral health would lead Dr. Mark to start his practice, Granville Dental. Dr. Mark is committed to providing compassionate comprehensive dentistry and delivering the highest quality of patient care by utilizing the best clinically proven technology.
Dr. Mark is the fortunate spouse of his lovely wife Jules with whom he shares two son’s, Rogan and Magnus. They enjoy spending time with friends and family and being outside with the boys. Mark loves to stay busy, enjoys playing soccer and is a lifelong Pittsburgh Steeler’s fan.
