Dr.Williamson is wonderful!!! I just can't believe how perfect my visit went. She takes her time. She is patient. She is AWESOME!!!! I finally found my Dentist!!!!

My appointment was scheduled at 10am. I arrived 10 minutes before 10am and checked in. A few minutes past and I was still waiting so I inquired with the receptionist and told her I had an appointment at 10. She told me my appointment was at 9 and said, "didn't you say you had to go to a funeral?" I replied and said, "no, you have me confused with someone else" I showed her my text message appointment that confirmed my appointment at 10. She said, "you'll be seen but you'll have to wait until they finish another root canal". I was very upset that my time was wasted and no one offered an apology to me or took responsibility for the issue. Dr. Williamson is a good dentist but the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect that I received by her staff is not acceptable and will not return.

So I really don't like going to the dentist but I have been going to Dr. Williamsons for years and my experience is always nice. The assistants are courteous and friendly. I usually don't have to wait long-maybe under 20 mins..(this is even if I am few mins late) Kim is the best dental hygienist!! Marleen will inform you on what procedures are needed and what can possibly wait which to me is very important. Some dentist will suggest you get things done so they can empty your pockets but not Dr. Williamson! The front office space is very intimate and usually is only 1 to 2 persons waiting. I highly recommend.
