This was a very good experience. I've never had any physician, but perhaps especially a dentist, take so much time and care to sit with me and answer all of my questions. Dr. Dicker and his hygienist, Cheryl, were both very personable and explained a lot of things to me about my teeth and gums that no one had bothered to go into as much detail about. If you are like me and like to be very involved in your own healthcare, I highly recommend!

I feel grateful that I happened to make an appointment with Dr Dicker. He found some problems that I didn't even know I had, even though I had been under the care of another dentist. If I had not addressed these dental problems, when I did with him, they could have become quite significant.

He's good at what he does. However, he's a smoker and I was unlucky enough to be his patient after his smoke break. As if being stuck in the dentist's chair doing fillings could be worse.
Also I believe he recommends treatments that aren't always necessary. But what do I know. I'm not a doctor.

Misrepresented insurance coverage, charged me hundreds for procedures they claimed were covered even after verifying numerous times.

After years of no dental insurance, I could finally afford it and went in for an exam. I was literally scolded like a child about not making my dental health a priority, despite the fact that was not an option for me, and was overall treated very poorly. What's worse, the rest of my visit was a sales pitch for seeing his other doctor-friends.

The office staff was friendly and fast. Dr. Dicker was very pleasant and really put the extra effort in to soothe my nerves and make the exam time fly by without a hitch. Normally I am scared and have felt that dental exams were hours long... I am happy he was referenced by a cowoker, Thanks Dana.
