Everyone was really nice and attentive! I loved how they printed out an estimate for all the work I needed to have done and told me which things needed I be addressed first :(

It was a trip to the dentist, so it wasn't straight-out enjoyable (especially when they found two cavities, my first!) I was impressed with the way the hygienist, Ana, made me feel more comfortable about the procedures which clearly made me feel very nervous. They were able to take xrays, numb my mouth, perform the fillings and get my teeth cleaned all in the same visit!

The office visit was fine. I went to Dr. Rafie because I need an implant. He stated that he would only guarantee his work if I left my current dentist and started coming to him instead. I did not think that was professional.

I had a bad first visit with Dr Rafie. Although I explained that I have had X-rays of my teeth taken in the recent past, Dr Rafie insisted upon exposing me to the unneeded radiation of the xray machine because otherwise "he could not get paid by insurance." It was only after the dental assistant explained that the machine delivered a smaller dose of radiation than the amount of radiation we encounter when we walk outside that I consented. I would have appreciated if Dr Rafie, instead of his assistant, had first tried to address my concerns with logic, as if I am not a person amenable to rationality. Instead, Dr Rafie, in a rush to leave the office, merely explained that insurance wouldn't pay him as I mentioned. Lastly, Dr. Rafie found two very minor cavities in my teeth, which is suspicious since I've never had a filling in my entire life...

He's a good dude. He's nice. He is laid back. The staff is the same way. Comfortable to me. Not a lot of ra ra bull. I like that. His charges are better than most. All dentist's get a lot of money. He is reasonable for a dentist.

The office very friendly and tolerant of my 2 yr old. The Dr was patient with him and exuded a sense of calm. No 2 yr old wants to open their mouth and let a stranger poke around in there so I appreciated that he kept it quick and didnt pressure the flouride treatment/drops after i relayed our choice not to use it. Much better than our last dentist (who specialized in pediatrics)
