Following completion of his undergraduate degree, he returned to Kentucky to receive his doctor of dental medicine degree from the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Campbell believes that learning should be a life long journey and after a year in practice returned to the University of Kentucky and Lexington VA medical hospital to completed a General Practice Residency where he learned techniques in intravenous conscious sedation. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society.
