Had a great appointment. The staff and the dentist were all very nice, did a great job, and answered all my questions. Took me a while to find a dentist since moving because I hate trying to find new providers, but I’ll definitely be coming back. I even made an appointment with their orthodontist.

Fantastic new patient experience! The staff was knowledgable, attentive, and patient. Very minimal wait time. My only complaint was that I had an issue entering the building where the office was located. I had to be let in by staff because the building doors were locked when I arrived at 6:50am. It seems the doors don’t unlock until 7am.

Dr. Kessey is very thorough with any procedure he does he is also very detailed in explaining things. He also missed his lunch break to finish the procedure completely.

Believe I had a state of the art evaluation. Informative and educational.
My condition was as expected after a 3 year lock down due to auto inflammatory and complex medical condition concerns within my immediate family.
We concurred on a modified treatment plan due to my time restrictions due to an Ill family member.
I believe he has the training and technical competent to provide quality care, however, I have not yet undergone any specific treatment….hence four stars. After treatment I expect and hope to provide a five star evaluation.
I believe his education and clinical experience to date is excellent.

The whole Smile Designer team was so friendly and accommodating - I had a great experience with Dr. Casey and the staff. I've had several intimidating and shamey experiences with dentists in the DC area, but I did not feel that way at all with Dr. Casey. He was very compassionate and clearly cares about his patients. Highly recommend and I look forward to continuing my treatment at Smile Designer!
