So, I decided to make an appointment here due to realizing I hadn't been to the dentist in a year, and needing to take care of it before I went out of state. I should have just gone to my mother's dentist. To begin with, they did not bill insurance right. They kept trying to tell my mom we had a deductible (we do not), and the receptionist refused to call our insurance to check. My mom had to do that, and guess what? We did not have a deductible. The receptionist just did not feel like checking.
I found out I had 4 cavities, one in each corner of my mouth. I said they can just do it all at once. While they were taking care of my teeth, they were discussing the deductible situation. I choked on some what, and I heard them talking about how they thought I was drowning for a second (not the best thing to hear from a dentist and dental hygienist).
Since they fixed my cavities right then and there, they were hurried because other patients were coming in. Case of the matter, I came home, one of my fillings had not be cured properly and chipped off, the other one hadn't been polished. Went elsewhere to get the m fixed.
Last night, one of my wisdom teeth came in, and based off the x-rays they took, they did not say anything about them coming in soon, and now I am somewhere where I have to travel three hours for dental care.

Finally found a new dentist! Great "bedside manner", understanding and quick to resolve my dental issues. Felt well taken care of, seen right away and treated with care. Feel very confident about my treatment plan and future dental appointments. Wonderful and warm staff from front desk, to hygienist and Dr. Cavendish, definitely found a great deal practice!

Dr. And staff were very nice and professional. Probably the best dental service I have received to date. Digital X-rays and photography that were displayed instantly were very insightful on future care as I have not seen this done in many other offices. I would highly recommend Dr. Cavendish to both family and friends!

I loved how I didn't have to wait at all. The hygienist, a super sweet Russian lady, was nice and even recommended what toothpaste I should use based on teeth needs. The doctor checked me right after my cleaning was done. Overall, a great service!
