“Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. Everyone at Family Dental Phoenix made the visit as pleasant as possible. Megan and Claudia at the front desk greeted me by name before I ever spoke. They were very friendly and put me right at ease. Kiersten, the hygienist, did a great job. Once past the can’t-be-avoided-and-uncomfortable X-rays, the rest went very well. Kiersten was very gentle and thorough. The Dr. stopped in but since I had no cavities or other issues, he just chatted a minute. Great experience and I won’t be so apprehensive next time.”

This office is like finding a waterfall in the desert! I am always super anxious about being at the dentist, from the moment I opened the door. I felt nothing but comfortable, all questions were answered, things were explained so they were clearly understood, the office was amazing And the staff don’t think you could find better! I would definitely suggest this office to anyone on the west side, that likes a little Fountain Hills feel.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wildung and his team! After a disappointing visit to another dentist, where my filling broke within two weeks, I decided to try Dr. Wildung based on all the positive reviews. I’m so glad I did! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and from the moment I walked in, the office staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Wildung was not only efficient but also very thorough in fixing my filling, and he made sure to ease any discomfort I had. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Wildung for anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist!

Overall I had a great experience here. The receptionist acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door by my name and treated me with the upmost respect. I showed up early for my appointment and was seen <5 minutes from sitting down. The staff that took care of me from when I went to the back was very respectful and walked me through everything and explained everything even before they knew about my medical knowledge they still explained everything to me and broke it all down, from what certain words mean all the way to promoting positive oral hygiene, which I very much appreciated. The surrounding area isn’t the best but don’t let that be the reason why you don’t get top quality care. These folks will care and value you as a patient and person!

Great experience, very clean, beautiful office and exam rooms with state of the art equipment. Hygenist was kind, and gentle, and did an excellent job! Dr Wildung explained every test and listened to my concerns and did a comprehensive exam. Run…. Don’t walk to join this practice! I feel like I finally found my family’s forever dentist!

Seriously loved this dentist office & all of the staff there. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and I was taken back to see Dr. Wildung almost immediatly. Dr. Wildung was very gentle & I think its so cool that he was able to do a same - day crown for me! Loved the office over - all. I will be transfering my family to this office.
