I cracked a back tooth during this pandemic and it kept falling apart little by little. The dentist made room for me in her schedule and even let me be the last appointment of the morning since I am not sleeping great these days. I can't thank the office enough for returning my phone call quickly and getting me in the next day.

Great facility and staff. I don't normally review as often, but the dentist made my visit extremely easy and pleasant- is that possible at a dentist's office? My visit was for a cleaning, it was quick, clean and actually pretty fun! Too bad I wont be back because I'm from out of town, but I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. For starters, it is convenient, you are able to book appointments online. The staff is friendly and attentive. The office is beautiful and puts you at ease with its style and comfort. After my first appointment the office sent me a hand written letter. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I had a crown prep today and for the first time in 5 years I had a dental procedure done without nitrous, The entire staff was great and made me feel comfortable. I found my new Dentist!

Absolutely loved my visit here. All the staff was super nice and did a wonderful job. Didn't make me feel bad about not going to the dentist for a few years, simply did everything thoroughly and always shared with me what was going on. Left the office feeling like I had been completely taken care of and I am so happy to finally have a dentist in the Natick area.

Went in for my annual appointment a few months ago, and cannot wait to return. I also have a grinding issue I wasn't really aware of but my hygienist suggested I get a mouth guard. I loved my family dentist growing up, and then tried going to chain practices which was not a fit for me.

Rebecca is wonderful and the new place is spotless. Very up to date with all the latest technology. My only complaint is they are booked out a few months for regular cleanings. But I guess that is just a result of the awesome service they provide.

Excellent at customer service, office management and oh yeah she's a really good dentist too! Makes us smile coming in the door not just on the way out. Wish other medical providers would take lessons!

I went to my first appointment and everyone was absolutely amazing. I shared my concerns about having anxiety from past experience and they made me feel very comfortable. She was very gentle when doing my cleaning and kept checking to make sure I was good.
