Great experience... I had an emergency and Dr. Natour was able to see me on a Sunday, which was terrific. She was able to take care of my emergency without talking me into doing anything other than what i went for. I have already made an appointment to get a cleaning in the near future. Staff was great and greeted me downstairs upon arrival

Dr Natour has over 15 years of experience in Implantology, Advanced Cosmetic and Sports Dentistry, Periodontics and Prosthodontics. He is a full-time Clinical Professor and Director of the Undergraduate Implant Honors Program at the New York University College of Dentistry in Manhattan, NYC, where he teaches in the Implant Department, the Comprehensive Dentistry Program and the International Prosthodontics Program. He holds several advanced degrees in the fields of Prosthodontics, Implantology and Biomaterials. His unique training and access to advanced research translate into an unparalleled skill set in the full range of restorative dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation. At his brand-new Manhattan Clinic, located at 30 Central Park South, New York, his patients gain access to the most modern dental technology and diagnostic equipment, in a comfortable, bright and sleek atmosphere.

Thorough & comprehensive dental assessment, treatment and cleaning. They explained every step of the process including billing and insurance coveraging. The office is beautiful and spotless. The staff are extremely warm and friendly. The COVID-19 protocol is exceptional. They provide shoe covers and gloves and do temperature checks. They are state of the art and down to earth. Will be returning for sure. It was a very good experience.

Really a wonderful dental cleaning experience. The office has taken a great deal of measures to keep everyone feeling safe, and every person I interacted with was extremely polite and accommodating.
The cleaning was not only very thorough, but also pain free. This is the first time that my teeth were super clean and I wasn’t bleeding profusely. Keep up the good work!

Haven't been to the dentist in a while so take my advice: get your teeth regularly checked. Had excruciating pain and thankfully they were able to see me on a Saturday and provide the care I needed. The office is super well equipped, almost futuristic, and take COVID precautions very seriously (they send you a info video link on what to expect prior to coming in). Dr. Natour and the staff was very informative and friendly. Not to mention the transparency: Silvia laid out the insurance coverage & what I was on the hook for. Love that. Came back for a root canal but hey, atleast the pain's gone now...again, check your teeth. Highly recommend this office and can't say enough how great Dr. Natour and his staff are.

Very clean, high-tech office. Doctor is experienced and highly skillful. He answered all my questions. Although he do implants and do not do root canal, he still told me that root canal and bridge is an option I should consider. And they may last for the sam amount of time. This gained my trust because implant doctors often market implants more. The lady who explains insurance and price is very patient, kind and considerate. I went to another doctor who wants to charge me full price and provides me only receipts for insurance reimbursement. This lady gave me clear price list for each detailed procedure and told me that the office will negotiate with the insurance company themselves. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Natour and his staff were fantastic about taking proper precautions and taking me right away. You must enter with a mask, and upon arrival, you must sanitize your hands and you are given gloves for the appointment. The staff wore masks, face shields and gloves the entire time.
My half hour appointment turned into 90 minutes because they were extremely thorough and great about explaining everything about my condition, my options, and even options that he does not necessarily agree with or do, so I had a well-rounded decision basis for treatment. His staff, especially Silvia, were extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and prepared.

Dr. Natour was so amazing. As a patient who dreads the dentist, he was super patient, kind, and thorough when putting in my veneer. He did an amazing job designing the veneer with the right color and size. Will definitely go back for regular cleanings / check-ups.
