dr medhat is very kind to his patients.very patient and passionate as well,he takes his time talking and explaining to his patients every single step he wants to do before any procedure,i have been to many dentists but he is the best of all,of course there is nocomparison,he is very caring as well,i will never think of going back to any other dentist what so ever ,his staff is vey nice and gentle,and friendly as well.they never let the patient sit in the waiting room more than 10 minutes,i like his clinic as it is clean,comfortable and unique also,i advise every one to visit dr medhat and be his dentist

Dr. Ghannam is, without doubt, the best dentist I have ever had. He is very professional but personal, and he is a master at his craft. I have never once had cause to complain, and he does his best to explain all options for treatment, with the advantages and disadvantages for each. His staff are likewise wonderful people, and I have nothing but good to say of them. I would recommend Dr. Ghannam to anyone without qualification. My thanks to all at Artisan Dental Institute.

During a semi-annual check up, Dr Ghannam's excellent dental hygienist discovered what appeared to be a periodontal abscess. She email my X-ray to Dr Ghannam who was on a vacation; Dr Ghannam diagnosed the abscess and had me on antibiotics within hours. Today's visit was a follow up. Dr Ghannam examined the abscess and recommended I see a periodontist. His staff made the arrangements and within less than an hour I was seen by the specialist. Typical of the outstanding care everyone receives from Dr Ghannam and his associates.

Dr. Ghannam is one of the most compassionate and caring dentists I've gone to, whether for a consultation or extensive work, in a long time. Once you enter his office, it's very warm and inviting. i was very pleased with how clean everything looked. The staff is nothing short of personable and friendly. After all, the staff is your first impression of the office. They are all great!!
Dr, Ghannam and his staff go over everything with you first before starting any work on you. Dr. Ghannam is very meticulous in his work. He's very gentle and VERY knowledgeable about the latest and greatest techniques. I feel nothing but comfort while he's working on my teeth. I live 40 minutes away from the office and could go to a closer dentist but there is no one that compares to his work ethic, professionalism and bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Medhat Ghannam's since May 2011. He has done extensive work on my mouth to repair years of bad dentistry. I've had all of my leaking gold and porcelain crowns replaced with all porcelain crowns, eight root canals, two teeth extractions, one dental implant, porcelain veneers on six fractured front teeth, and Invisalign. Dentistry is precision work and requires the ability to use sharp instruments in a very small space. Dr. Ghannam has the natural talent, manual dexterity, and meticulous attention to detail needed to be accurate and precise. In my opinion, interpersonal skills are probably the most essential quality of a good dentist and Dr. Ghannam's interpersonal skills are excellent. He relates to his patients on a personal level, which helps to alleviate any concerns or fear the patient may have concerning a dental treatment. He explains the work that will be done before and during treatment, so the patient is prepared for the experience, In addition, he follows up with phone calls and e-mails to ensure the patient is responding well to the treatment. To quote a Tina Turner song from 1992, Dr. Ghannam is "Simply the Best!"

I have had many visits with Dr. Ghannam! On every visit I was treated with kindness, patience and courtesy from all of the staff. Dr. Ghannam is the best dentist I've ever had! He is very professional but also very personable. He makes sure you are comfortable and pain free constantly throughout your visit. Dr. Ghannam has given me his personal cell phone number in case I needed him after an intense appt. and has changed his personal plans to take care of my dental emergency. In my experience no dentist or doctor has ever been so "reachable".
