My only issue is with the cleanliness of the waiting area. Spider webs on windows, welcome mats filthy, floors filthy and cushions on waiting area seats need to be changed or cleaned. The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing! Waiting area just needs some TLC.

My son has bad teeth since 2 years ago. I visited 2 dental offices, both suggest that we put the kid into sleep then fix all at once.
It was said some teeth need to be removed.
I waited till recently when the kid is more cooperative.
I visited Dr. Soni around 6-7 time so my kid don't need to be in sleep mode.
3 Teeth were determined to be removed at first place.
All are saved now.
Very happy with this result delivered by Dr. Soni and SmileExpress.

We treat children, not only their teeth. We accept them with all their fears and help them get rid of them.
My dad always reminded me that a successful doctor is one who feels satisfied by helping his/her patients every day. Success to a doctor is simply making someone smile, someone feel better, heal their pain and make a difference in their life.
I believe I’m blessed to be able to serve children who need our love, patience and passion to treat their delicate needs. Every day at work I treat each child with love and care, and with each hug and smile that I get in return from my little angels makes me grow fonder of working with children.
All doctors and staff in my office reflect this philosophy, and that is extremely important to me.

Dr Soni I don't have anything against you , you are a great person very kind and sweet and as I can see this place is now more popular and I'm happy for you . I have my four kids that I take them all to the place in North Brunswick but this visit I have to say it, was terrible no parking I was waiting standing up with my kids it was terribly full no where to sit and the wait was aughh so stressful to have each kid to be seen they took soooo long the place was full with nowhere to sit. was a long wait only for one so I was so upset and went to talk to the "manager" it seems she didn't care about me having to pick up my kids from school and be on time in the appointment today I had to go home I live a bit far but still go to the smile Xpress because I just to love that place before but after today I don't think I would like to go back because I feel like this person as she said she is the manager she didn't try her best to accommodate my kids and be seen at that time I left to my car so mad and annoyed I need so time to relax because I knew she could do something but she just didn't want to try helping I don't leave in New Brunswick or North Brunswick I moved to Edison and I come from far for these things shouldn't be happening it's sad and I feel like now that you guys are more popular and have more people coming in you guys seem to dont care about this kind of situation if I'm being four kids they should try to be seen two at a time that what they used to do before when I had appointments before. My experience this time was terribly awful.
