Everyone in the office is friendly and kind. I feel treated with respect. I've been to dentists who felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, but the staff at Dr Cheng's office couldn't be more different than that.

Dr. Mei Mei Cheng graduated from UMDNJ (New Jersey Dental School) in 1999. She completed her post-doctoral residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in 2000. Dr. Cheng has been practicing in both private and hospital settings for over 15 years. Dr. Cheng also enjoys her part time teaching residency program at Jersey City Medical Center. She has been a clinical instructor at JCMC for over 13 years. With years of extensive experience treating patients, teaching, and involvement in continuing dental education has allowed her to be the most credible dental expert. Her goal is absolute commitment to quality patient care.

DO NOT GO TO DR. CHENG FOR INVISALIGN!
I have had the worst possible experience with Dr. Cheng. She is unprofessional and perpetually late for appointments.
If I can provide any advice, do your research and go to an orthodontist, who has a lot more experience. Save yourself from the aggravation I am going through.

Dr. Cheng's office runs very efficiently. I was called in after waiting less than 10 minutes. She's professional, as gentle but effective as a dentist can be, and my visit was overall pleasant. I'll be seeing her again for my next cleaning.

I love Dr. Cheng. I do not like going to the dentist. I avoided going for three years. She has fixed my teeth that needed fixing and even though I had to go through unpleasant dental work, I am not afraid to go back! The whole office runs so smoothly (rare) and they are always on time and everyone is so friendly. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

Dr Cheng is not doing her work, I have a root infection and went to her office for a treatment, she did a simple X-ray but all she said to to take the filling out and then she could see what’s going on, she didn’t even mentioned the infection at all!!!I went to another doctor the other day instead and figured out here is a root infection and I need to get treatment immediately. Don not waste your time see this doctor, she could only wash teeth but nothing beyond that. I also need to mention she put a $$$$ amount on my insurance for the so called pretreatment, but here is no pre treatment from her at all.

Very pleasant experience! Wait time was immediate. Everyone was very nice. Couldn’t recommend this office more! Mei Mei is the softest dentist I have ever had. I’ve had a few now. Male dentists are too rough. Mei Mei is very soft and gentle. Hope this helps! Mei Mei is now my permanent dentist ??

The office stuff all the unscheduled patients before scheduled appointments. Waited for half an hour and they set me up with another dentist. Had to fight to see the dentist I scheduled for. Irresponsible comments and very unprofessional practice. Never coming back again.

Quick painless wisdom tooth extraction skillfully done by Dr Cheng. In and out of their office in less than 30 minutes, inclusive of setting up my next bi-annual appointment. It's great to see their practice is continuously upgrading their equipments as well.

She is the best dentist I ever met. Her and her assistant's skills and knowledges are very good. They are very friendly. She never lies like other dentist said that you have too many cavities. She does not fix unnecessary tooth. This is my ideal dentist.
