Dr. Berman made the usually unpleasant task of seeing a dentist as enjoyable as possible. I was seen immediately when I arrived, my checkup went quickly and painlessly, and both Dr. Berman and her assistant were very friendly. Even though I usually put going to the dentist off for as long as possible, when I finally do make another appointment, I'll be going back here.

Dr. Berman was great! I hadn't seen a dentist in 3-5 years, but she kept apologizing that it might hurt a little for my cleaning! Other dentists and/or hygienists have tried to shame me for the smallest little thing -- not so with Dr. Berman & her staff!
I also appreciated that she wasn't trying to give me unnecessary dental treatment. I have old silver fillings which don't last as long. I had a high-end Lincoln Park dentist tell me that they should all come out. I was young and college-student poor, so that never happened. It has been over 10 years, and Dr. Berman showed me where some needed to come out (but they weren't bad) and said the others looked fine and that we'd just monitor them. This honesty is exactly what I look for when I decide whether I'll go back.
I always appreciate when medical professionals show the x-rays with a detailed explanation of what's going on. She showed me the various areas and explained what it meant (even though it all more or less looked like any other tooth x-ray to me). It made me feel more knowledgeable about my dental care.
I'm absolutely going back to Dr. Berman in the future. I highly recommend her.

Dr Berman is very easygoing and flexible. I am able to book appointments easily and never have to wait. She uses the latest dental technology and is very professional. Her office is beautiful and inviting. She has a warm demeanor and I look forward to our visits. She responds promptly to emails and follows up by phone to keep me on top of my appointments. Her location next to the Benson/Davis St. garage can't be beat as parking in downtown Evanston can be difficult.

So accomidating, helped me navigate my insurance to be sure eveerything was covered before my appointment began. Very important to me! Unfortunately my insurance changed and I will not be able to return, otherwise I would come in every 6 months!

Dr Berman is absolutely fantastic super lovely & my endodontist thought her work was the best he'd seen. She always explains procedures clearly & I never have pain. Do yourself a favor & get Dr Berman to be your dentist asap!
