Overall, I was very impressed with my visit at Dr. Allen's office. I made my appointment online due to a filling breaking and falling out in the bottom portion of my mouth. They looked at my tooth, took x-rays, and went over my options, as well as the pricing. I had a root canal done to fix my infected tooth, and it took about an hour, which I thought was quick. It was not painful either. I was very impressed with Dr. Allen, as well as her staff! I would highly recommend Dr. Allen in the area of Boynton Beach! -:)

WOW! Dr. Allen and Staff are VERY wonderful! I have an extreme fear of Dentists. I have been to places that claim they are "Gentle", which are horrible, and Dr. Allen's staff blows them all away. She is the most kind person, so calming, reassuring, truly gentle, easy to talk to and just fantastic. She wants you to be comfortable. I am so thankful I found them! :o)

I made my appt because she was a GEHA provider. When I presented my cards the office manager informed me that they could not file my BCBS and GEHA.
I had a brief interaction with Dr. Allen and she left the room saying that she would take care of one of my cavities. A few minutes later, the office manager stated that I would need to make an appt to have the cavities filled.

Being someone who is terribly afraid of dentists, I thought that she was very nice. The staff was very nice as well, explaining multiple times that it's okay to be afraid, and walked me through everything they did.

Right from the time I walked in the door, I had a feeling of welcome and ease. The entire staff is pleasant and took time to explain everything about the procedures and make me feel so much better. I am so happy to have found this wonderful dentist and staff. A BIG THANK YOU for making a scary situation so much more bearable!
