It is always good coming here for our dental appointments. Staff is very friendly and supportive especially Jerri. They are prompt with reminders. Dr. Cheng is a very competent dentist with "soft hands" because whatever he does, he makes sure you are free of discomfort. They all take care of their patients well. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The team at Fox River Dental are fantastic. They are very friendly and professional, and the Doctor is amazing. He made a bridge for me that looks exactly like my own teeth. I will recommend them to everyone! Keep up the great work!

Through that passion, I have devoted over 100 hours of continuing education in areas including cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, laser dentistry, and implant surgery and restorations. I am excited and dedicated to use this knowledge to provide my patients with the care they deserve.

All of the staff is extremely kind, friendly, and caring. They are always running on schedule, never a long wait. They always work with my schedule and have made time to work me in when in a pinch.

Excellent Personified. The Fox River Dental team was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional....Everything I could have expected or hoped for. I readily recommend them if you are looking for dental professionals.

My family sees Dr. Cheng and his staff regularly. They are all extremely friendly and definitely go out of their way to make their patients as comfortable and happy as possible. I would definitely recommend the dental for the whole family. My kids are 4 and 5 and they love corning to the dentist because tie staff know exactly how to make them feel comfortable. Thanks guys!

Since adding Dr. Cheng as our family dentist, the whole family enjoys coming for their visits! Dr. Cheng is an amazing dentist who tells you like it is. His honesty is what I have been searching for. His staff is super friendly, appointments are on time and the office is very kid friendly. We have been so lucky to have found this Oswego office.

Everyone was awesome. I loved each and everyone at the office. The process was very easy. Jerri at front desk was very friendly. She made the whole process very easy by filling out the paper work to getting in touch with insurance to figure out what it will cover and what will not. Doctor was super nice and friendly. Defiantly will be seeing this team over and over again. Hygienist was so friendly. She gave many suggestions what to do to keep teeth healthy.
