Doctor Florez and his professional staff immediately took x-rays to diagnose the problem thoroughly. They were instantly available to be viewed by both the doctor and patient. This was followed by an in-depth explanation of diagnosis and options. We were then informed as to the cost of the proposed procedure. (I find the costs in this office have been quite fair.) Prior to the procedure Dr. Florez described the process step-by-step for the comfort of the patient. He is quite sensitive to dental anxiety. He was also gentle when performing the procedure. This was just another very positive interaction I was able to experience with Dr. Florez and his delightful and professional staff. I will be returning to this office regularly for my dental maintenance, as will my extended family and friends.

I felt really comfortable which is a big deal for me. I do not like going to the dentist. Dr Florez made me feel at ease. I felt he took the time to listen to my concerns.

I would highly recommend Dr. Florez to my family and friends. He was very professional in solving my dental problems. His staff was very good in making my dental experience as worry free as they could. I never had to wait they were always ready with a smile for my appointments. Hats off to the technician/ dental assist that helped me she was very good.
