About Dr. Michael Guadiz
Dr. Michael Guadiz was born and raised in Los Angeles and has always felt a deep calling to serve others. He began his professional career as a physical therapist, helping patients recover from pain and disability at USC University Hospital for nearly five years. His growing passion for education and service eventually led him to pursue a career in dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and has had the privilege of practicing dentistry since 2010.
Dr. Guadiz’s care philosophy centers around empowering patients with the knowledge and guidance they need to take control of their oral health, which he believes is essential to leading a happy and healthy life. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and techniques through ongoing education and seminars.
Outside of the office, Dr. Guadiz values time spent with family and friends. He enjoys walking and biking through local forest preserves, as well as exploring the sights and tastes of Chicagoland. In his downtime, he enjoys watching a good movie or show and exploring his love for music.

I visited Dr Guadiz for a procedure that my primary dentist did not perform. However, he and the staff were very welcoming. Dr Guadiz is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was nervous about my procedure but he and the staff made me feel comfortable. Although I live in Northwest Indiana, I think I may likely make this my primary dentist!.

My experience was fantastic. His bedside manner was excellent. He explains everything he is doing. I’m scared of the dentist but not with him he’s very gentle. Painless, professional and friendly. Shamefully I have been a bad human and not prioritize my health. I was reluctant to get into the chair after such a long period of time elapsing since my last visit to the dentist. Dr. Mike was so kind, courteous, and trustworthy. He made me feel like I was part of the process not just another patient. I was well informed throughout my cleaning and all questions answered. Happy to feel like I found my new primary dentist.

Very friendly staff. The Dr. was very informative and explained what needed to be done. Answered questions which were very few because he explained clearly so I understood everything. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time for a number of reasons, super nervous coming in. When I arrived to my initials visit, the office was really clean and the whole staff was super welcoming. I was left impressed by my doctor's work & recommendations. I will be recommending this practice to my family & friends.!!
