I hate the dentist, nothing is going to change that but this dentist curved my fears a lot. Very quick and complete with his diagnosis. I appreciate that he was gentle and caring! Most important I value being able to go to an independent dentist rather than a large corporate setting.

He's up to date but has solid traditional doctor values. He takes care of you not just your teeth. No shortcuts do your left with aligned teeth that stay healthy and free from pain.

Dr. Michael Hollingshead graduated from Rice University in Houston, TX, then he earned his doctorate in dental surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI. He continues to pursue higher knowledge through continuing education courses, study clubs, and networking with peers. He is a graduate of Las Vegas Institute (LVI) of Advanced Cosmetic Studies. One of the top schools for cosmetic dentistry in the country. Having many years of experience, Dr. Hollingshead serves his patients with personalized service and clinical integrity.
Las Vegas Life, a monthly magazine has granted their Top Dentists award to Dr. Hollingshead each year it has been offered since 2001. The last being 2014. The Top Dentist award is presented to dentists nominated by their peers.
Dr. Hollingshead is past president of the Southern Nevada Dental Society, and he sat on the State Board of Dental Examiners for six years. He was also the president and a board member for the American Cancer Society.
Dr. Hollingshead and his wife, Andrea Glenn have four children and ten grandchildren, of whom they are immensely proud. In his free time, Dr. Hollingshead enjoys skiing, golfing, and is an avid walker. He hikes with Andrea, and the two travel when time permits. For rest and relaxation, he enjoys reading and watching sports. He also feels it is very important to keep informed on current events.

The dentist was good except when putting my crown on with no numbing...he told me to think to myself that I'm in Hawaii!! What?
I came in for a minor issue that takes 30 min to fix, left with two crowns replaced, multiple appointments requiring time off work, extremely painful teeth, braces and the original issue was never fixed!
Very mad and very frustrated!
They even called the ortho dentist to tell them I needed more work and to not put on my braces without even telling me! Then once I rebooked all the appointments, they texted me days before my appointment and told me I can't continue with my braces appointment because my tooth repair will not be finished before my braces appointment. These appointments have been on the books for over a month and you tell me a days before?!
I teach and cannot find a sub with such short notice! Every time I've gone it it's been a terrible experience. I will NEVER go back and will tell everyone who will listen to stay away from this office. You'll go in for a teeth cleaning and leave with a giant bill and no teeth cleaning!Ridiculous!

Everyone was so nice in the office. Dr. Hollingshead was the most friendly and nothing was rushed at all. The receptionist is the nicest woman you'll ever meet. The woman who did my x-rays was also sweet. And finally the woman who did my cleaning was also super sweet. Honestly, one of the most friendly offices I've ever been to. I highly highly recommend Dr. Hollingshead and his team.

Dental appointments just don't get any better than Dr. Hollingshead and his Wonderful staff !! No person could ever feel more at home than does this environment suit each and every client's needs. Dr. H is entirely honest and informative, seemingly without concern for time factor, yet no patient waits any time without attention to their need. Pricing is more than fair; appointments are easy to make and not scheduled months away. My wife and I both are in total agreement; this is our place to stay !

Dr. Hollingshead had the best reviews I could find so I made an appointment. My opinion after seeing him is that he is definitely my new dentist; very intelligent man and a great staff too.

With Dr. Hollingshead - our dental health is first and cost is always secondary. If a procedure is needed, he spends an unusual amount of time explaining such procedure and why it is important to our dental health. He always suggests a 2nd opinion, if any questions. We're grateful to have him.

When you go to Dr. Hollingshead you're treated like family. From when you 1st walk in until you leave. Over 30 years he's treated me & our family. He also calls his patients each evening. Fabulous dentist and friend.

I believe the saying goes, "you don't know what you have until its gone." Dr. Hollingshead has been my dentist for over 28 years. When I moved out of state, I saw two other doctors; and when I returned to Las Vegas.....what a relief, to return back to Dr. Hollingshead and his staff. They're warm, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Hollingshead.
