Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Dr. Kawulok attended Colorado State University and played football. While at Colorado State he met his fiancé Nicole, who was born and raised in Scottsdale and is an OBYGN resident in Phoenix. Dr. Kawulok moved to Arizona 3 years ago. In their spare time, Dr. Kawulok and his fiancé enjoy hiking, golfing, watching hockey and football, and spending time with friends and family. He is thrilled to be a part of the AZ Dentist team here in Scottsdale.
