Dr. Michael Ruen and his staff are pleased to offer a variety of dental services which includes Sedation Dentistry in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Sedation allows our patients who experience dental anxiety or who face lengthy procedures to complete their dental visit with little or no memory of the experience.
Among Dr. Ruen's reasons for wanting to become a dentist is his desire to help people by combining the fields of healthcare and artistry. Dr. Ruen loves being able to give his patients a great looking smile as shown by his cosmetic and restorative procedures.
As an undergraduate, Dr. Ruen attended Northern Illinois University of DeKalb where he earned a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. He then went onto the University of Illinois School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 1998.
Dr. Ruen is a sports enthusiast and a resident of Ashwaubenon. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, skiing and snowmobiling.

My visit: Dr Ruen was very complete, as always gentle, ask questions as he works. His employees hygenist Paul; assistants Chantel, Angie; and receptions Mary/ Courtney are very thorough/ accurate. My wife, daughter and grand-daughters also hav Dr. Ruin as their family dentist and are very pleased. It is truely satisfing to have found a friendly/ personalbe dr and staff.

The staff at Forward dental was very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Ruen was very patient and was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ruen's office.

Our family have been patients at Forward Dental for over seven years- We always feel at ease and welcome within the office. The dental hygienists go out of their way to make our children feel comfortable with the process. The doctor is personable and has a soft touch throughout checkups and procedures. My daughter recently had a tooth pulled to make room for others and now expects a tooth pulled every time. The staff made the experience so easy for her, that she thinks the doctor can pull all her teeth for the tooth fairy!

I am always treated with respect. All services are performed in a very professional manner. there is never any doubt in my mind as to the services being rendered. My provider and all assistants are very knowledgeable about the care they provide. Finally it's always a pleasure visiting with the office staff, you are always greeted with a smile and enjoyable conversation.

I felt at ease as Dr. Ruen takes the time to explain things. He also always asked if I have any questions or concerns. Also has said if there should be any pain to call the office. Dr. Ruen is also very gentle and when freezing my mouth, there is no pain.

Dr Ruen's staff is friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. Choose this dentist not only because he is a great dentist who does the job right the first time, but also because of the level of curtesy and professionalism shown to every person. I actually look forward to stepping in for my cleaning.

I am very happy to have Dr. Ruen work on my teeth. He has a vision of what needs & can be done. I am always amazed at the final result. Dr. Ruen has a wonderful chair side manner. The office is modern & very clean. Everyone is so friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Ruen makes you comfortable in the work that needs to be performed. I trust him implicitly. Give him a try, you won't be sorry!! :)
