Dr. Chenausky made a tricky procedure seem easy, due in part I'm sure to how well she and her team work together. She has a firm but gentle touch with procedures that in my past had been painful--big plus. I was especially impressed by her ability to quickly and accurately change direction when new facts arose. The office itself is interesting, which helps put one at ease, with up-to-date tools and equipment with which the staff is completely comfortable. Their friendly attitudes toward each other just naturally extended to their patients. My family is sold on ZAM DENTAL!

It was like walking into a spa it. The atmosphere was very soothing. The service was wonderful and the people were a delight. They did a great job of confirming my insurance prior to my appointment and even sent me a reminder text with directions to their location on the day of my appointment. Another awesome option they provide are evening appointments. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to try them out. It's definitely a different experience from what I've ever had at other dental offices. I've already rescheduled for my next 6 month appointment.

Wow! My husband and I think she’s great. They even called us after missing the appointment to make sure everything was ok and see if wanted to still be seen. It was really a great gesture and the whole staff was very welcoming. This was our first appointment. Also, very clean location and quaint.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and beyond kind and accommodating. I was really impressed with the punctuality. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen right away. Everything was explained in lay terms, but I never felt as though I was being talked down to. Jackie, the hygienist was fast, thorough, and kept it as painless as possible. She even explained the proper way to floss and brush for optimal dental hygiene. I'll never go anywhere else.

My visit was such a great experience! I’ve been needing to find a new dentist for a while now, and I really needed to after getting a chip in my tooth. Michelle was nice, and I am sure she is a fine dentist - probably a fantastic dentist. But she's not my dentist. I actually havent seen my dentist in over a year. We keep getting shuffled to whoever is new at Zam, which is really frustrating. Lots of people doing lots of jobs. 3 people in my mouth today. They lost track of what jobs had been done. My wife was double flossed... Seems like someone would have written down "flossed this patient". I already really, really hate the dentist. My dentist knows this. She made visits not horrible. But Melody has passed my whole family to Michelle - and previously passed us to her other partner. If I wanted to start over again I would find a new dentist closer to home. I hate leaving a bad review - they are all good and skilled and nice. But I want 1 dentist, not a new one every visit. Starting to feel like this is a med clinic for teeth where you never get to know your doctor. It's just a toss up for who's on call.
