Excellent. The Kims at Arch Dental are the best. They do not try to push you into expensive treatments like some other facilities. They are thorough & Professional, and the front office staff is excellent. My fave dentist by far on peninsula.

Dr. Michelle Kim was very attentive and thorough. She listened patiently as I listed my concerns and addressed each one with further diagnosis and explanation. I appreciated the level of detail that she provided with her explanations; it helped disambiguate a lot of the concerns I had with my dental health. The front staff was pleasant as well and I was seen at my appointment with little to no wait. I had a great experience here.

The staff is friendly/welcoming. The location is easy to find and plenty of parking. My favorite part was my appointment was at 4pm and I was seen at 4pm no waiting for the Dr!

Dr. Michelle Kim is a consummate professional. Thorough in every sense of the word.
I really appreciated her explaining to me every detail of what she was seeing in my mouth.
A lot of dentists I have had in the past would tell me what they were seeing, but not provide an explanation of what that meant in layman's terms or if there was any recourse.
I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

Just moved to the area and found Dr. Kim through recommendations. She was great - got out of there in 60 mins - for a new patient visit with x-rays! And she checked in on my concerns and provided ideas.

Went for a cleaning service which included exam. As a first timer, the whole experience was very easy. Staff were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable all the time. Dr Michelle also provided lots of knowledge and advice to take care of my teeth in the future. Highly recommend

Xray machine didn't work with their computer (network problems). Irradiated me with X-rays twice and then gave up - so I took a double X-ray dose for nothing. I made them stop and left.

I had a fantastic visit to Arch Dental this past week. The dental office followed strict COVID protocols which made my experience feel very safe (e.g. office calls you in when they are ready, no waiting in the lobby)
Staff was extremely personable, and there was a great sense of family atmosphere. Both the doctor and hygienist were knowledgeable and skilled during my cleaning and check up.
I'd highly recommend Arch Dental to anyone who is looking for dental services on the peninsula.
