Such great experience! The assistant who performed the X rays was so warm and helped to ease my anxiety when I started gagging during the X rays. Dr. Levite performed the cleaning. She was so warm and me feel comfortable. The cleaning was very thorough and she took her time to get every spot. I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning.

Dr. Levitte was very polite and thorough, but my gums bled a lot during the cleaning, which has never happened to me before. She also did not use the suction during the cleaning, so I was tasting the blood pooling up in my mouth. I floss daily and have healthy oral hygiene, so left feeling very unsure about my experience.

I had a Groupon for a cleaning. Cleanings for me generally are uncomfortable but Dr. Levite was quick, thorough and most important GENTILE. She had a very kind bedside manner and did not try to sell me any other service; which is what you expect when paying with Groupon. The whole office is nice from Elizabeth who is the first person you meet. Her welcoming disposition sets the tone for a pleasant experience. I have found my dentist; I am going back ( at full cost ) for my 6month cleaning.

Love this office! The staff is so friendly, the doctors are wonderful! They explain everything to their patients and make sure that the patient understands what is going on and what needs to be done. Unprofessional. I felt unwelcomed and more of a nuisance rather than a patient. Also, she told me to get a root canal when I actually didn't need one.
Still waiting for them to get back to me about my root canal appointment. What happened to the sanctity of medicine, and doctor's obliging to the Hippocratic oath??

I have been a patient here for about two years. Michelle and the receptionists have always been friendly and professional. However, during my last visit, I encountered a rude personnel who I assume to be a nurse assistant. Despite text message and email confirmation, as well as two phone calls, my appointment time was still incorrect. This could have been voided if it wasn't because of the way she handled the situation. Although I tried to explained to her that I had received a confused voicemail from the office and documents regarding appointment time, I was bluntly told that it's not true and that it would never happened. When I actually visited the office, she continued to mis-assumed my appointment time despite previous encounters. She never apologized in the end and shrugged it off.

The staff there are super friendly - I met them all for the first time, and I felt like I was treated as if I was part of their family. Doctor Levite went to the bottom of the problem instead of performing an invasive and painful procedure that would have only solved the problem temporarily. I'm glad I pick that place. Thank you!

Very kind and attentive staff! My only complaint was that the Ipad they use to have clients fill out paperwork was incredibly slow and I had to keep going up to the check-in desk to ask staff for help restart it. It was less of an inconvenience for me Other than that, great experience!

Dr Levite provides good care and i would recommend her. the issue that one needs to be careful with, is the receptionist who administers the charges for the service. she does not understand the insurance coverage and has charged me twice for serices that were covered 100% by my insurance. Also, she gets very defensive and argumentative if you ask her about the fees and the insurance coverage. She keeps telling you that she has given you a special deal, which she could lose her job for it.. but the end results are that you are that i've been overchaged more than once. now waiting for a refund for those overcharges.

Very nice person and knowledgeable. Can't recommend though. The teeth cleaning was very painful, gums bleeding a lot. Asked her to go softer and she didn't. Never had such a painful and bloody cleaning before. I floss/brush everyday and my dental health is good too.

The practice is beautiful inside, clean, remodeled, spacious, state of the art. The staff is all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. But I just came in for a routine cleaning and left with bloody gums and a sore mouth for the next day. Don't know what happened but I floss daily and have never bled at the dentist before, you can be sure I will not be returning.

Considering it was my first time, I found it a little strange that neither Dr. Levite nor the dental hygienist officially introduced themselves to me or asked me anything about myself. They got right to the point and had me in and out in a little over 30 minutes. Dr. Levite was professional and kind and the office is nice and clean, so if small talk is not your thing, I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Levite was friendly however was not precise in dental cleaning. I have never bled so much during a routine teeth cleaning as I did with Dr. Levite. She was thorough in the cleaning of each tooth however managed to tear and cut my gums between each and every tooth as well. In addition, the exam room has a touch screen to display dental x-rays - the dental hygienist used her gloved hands to repeatedly touch the dirty screen and then immediately touch the tools and equipment being put into my mouth. Totally gross.

the front desk was refreshingly patient, attentive, kind and made me smile. not often is there any personality or hospitality with these visits. That's one reason I wanted to switch dentists to begin with. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. And no antiquated forms. Michelle was calm, detailed and didn't freak me out. I felt like she wasn't overselling my problem which was also refreshing. Also got a second colleagues opinion which I liked. Her assistant was cool. I didn't experience much pain or agitation through x rays and cleaning so have no complaints really. the groupon was definitely worth it.
