I recently had the pleasure of visiting the dentist office of Michelle Quan, DDS and it truly set a high standard for patient care and service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, adorned with soothing colors and a variety of magazines to help pass the time.
The dental hygienist introduced herself and took the time to explain what to expect during my cleaning. Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and she demonstrated a great deal of professionalism throughout the procedure. She was thorough and gentle, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time while also educating me on the importance of oral health and proper care practices.
The dentist took the time to discuss my dental history and any concerns I might have had. Her ability to communicate effectively while addressing my questions made me feel genuinely valued as a patient.

Me and my wife both booked an appointments with Dr Quan. First time she sees her no problem. Today I go in the dental assistant and hygienist do the cleaning. Then a man who is absolutely not Dr Quan comes in and goes over the x rays and checks my teeth. Neither me nor my wife were ever told by anyone prior that Dr Quan was not available and that the dentist they gave us was out of network. I'll be filing a charge back with my credit card company and a complaint with the Arizona dental board if they don't refund me and I'll never come back here. Another thing is the office waited until 2 hours right before my appointment to say they needed my x rays from my previous dentist then they said they wanted to take more and used some "AI" to interpret the results

I didn’t have to wait too long and the staff checked on me until she came. I felt she was friendly and explained well and I left with a plan to address my issues that I’m satisfied with.
