My experience here was wonderful. The staff are friendly and accommodating to specific needs. They helped me through panic attacks while extracting wisdom teeth. They are very professional and friendly. They even laugh at my jokes.

Dr Saad is a graduate of Aleppo University of Dentistry.
Dr. Saad completed a one-year fellowship at Case Western Reserve University and a two-year residency at Mercy Hospital in Ohio.
Dr. Saad is an active member of the Illinois Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and the ADA.

I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth taken out and I was so scared that i changed my mind and left the facility. After being calmed down over the phone by the lovely women up front, I decided to go back and have them pulled. Doctor Milad Saad talked me through everything he was doing and made me feel 100x more comfortable. The entire operation was almost completely painless. He had all 4 wisdom teeth out within 30 minutes! I don’t think I would have been able to do the operation if it wasn’t for the amazing staff at barrington smiles!

Never have been a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Saad and his staff are very caring, professional and excellent at what they do. I needed multiple interventions including fillings and root canal and all went as expected without any complications. Dr. Saad predicted how I would respond the next day and week so I knew what to expect. I almost never had to wait and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Highly recommend. WIll continue care with them for sure.

Professional, friendly, organized, great communication skills from dentist and knowledgeable staff regarding procedures, time frame, proactive with treatment alternatives and prognosis communication. Had wisdom teeth extractions performed and totally made my son feel comfortable and took excellent precautions for painless aftercare. Exceptional bedside manner. If I could, I would give him 10 stars! Super satisfied with this office and dentist. This is what everyone wants when they go to see any healthcare professional. Refreshing to know there are still some great ones out there. HIGHLY recommend.

I'm a 20yo who hasn't been to the dentist in a couple years. I thought the office was humble, and employed by helpful staff. Saad was capable of answering all my questions, and I'm very happy with the filling he made on my tooth. Before him, it looked like I was trying to dissolve it in Coke. Will return, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for honest work.

They were fast and professional. I was in and out in about 30 to 40 minutes. I went in for an infected abcess tooth and I was in alot of pain. They had to take x-rays but they were very careful not to cause me anymore pain.

I have been searching for a new dentist that could meet all of my needs. My old dentist was very limited with his services. After seeing several other dentists I am so happy that I have finally found someone that not only meets my needs, but is also someone that I truly like. My first shock was that he cleaned my teeth. I appreciated his comments during my cleaning and he also spent a lot of time going over the areas of concern and giving me options. He also spent a lot of time asking questions and making sure that I understood the pros and cons of the different treatment options. He seemed to sincerely care about my dental health. I am so glad I found this dental practice.

I first met Dr. Saad in April when I had sought his second opinion for a crown installed by another dentist. My tooth was in pain and the crown was uncomfortable. I liked Dr. Saad’s proposed treatment plan and decided to have him treat my tooth. Today I got my new crown and I am very satisfied. Throughout the process, I liked Dr. Saad’s balanced approach, combining his extensive experience and latest medical options. I appreciated his calm demeanor and attention to detail.
