the place seems to be like commercial dentistry, after made previous appointment & still waiting time over an hour. So many customers & staffs made all confusion & hectic. Not sure how is management system runs.

I arrived on time for the appointment. Having my forms already sent to the office, I expected to see the dentist quickly. However, they made me wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes. After I complained, they took me inside to wait in the treating room for another 30 minutes. When I complained again and asked for the dentist, I was told he is with another patient. WHAT? Why give appointments to patients when you can't honor them. Very disrespectful.

Exam & cleaning was prompt, & efficient. Dr. Phan has knowledgeable dental assistants on staff. In adition he performed the cleaning & exam himself. Very professional & friendly. Excellent appointment.
