Dr. Galliani received her doctorate training in Lima, Peru at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. After completing dental school, she worked in private practice in Peru for a year. In 2002 - 2003 she received postgraduate training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Upon completion of the program in Minnesota, she continued her postgraduate training with an additional year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland where she received special training in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Galliani added a two-year pediatric dental specialty training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2006. She also completed a two-year Pediatric Dental Fellowship at the University of Maryland, treating her own pediatric patients, and teaching pediatric dentistry to both undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. Dr. Galliani has been in private practice at a pediatric dental office in Southern Maryland for the last 6 years and is now practicing in Northern Virginia.

The last time I took my four year old to a dentist it was horrible! They were extremely busy and they rushed my daughter and made her get sick. We just went to growing smiles and it was like a breath of fresh air! Not one tear was shed by my daughter. They actually made her want to come back. They went through the whole process with her letting her touch everything they were excellent! I can't say enough how great they were!

My 2 1/2 yr old had her first dentist appointment yesterday and I'm so happy I chose Dr Galliani and her office for this experience. She, along with her staff, were so welcoming, patient, and pleasant with my daughter and me. They made her feel at ease and, though she still had her 2 1/2 year old tantrum, Dr Galliani was quick, yet thorough. We left both wanting to come back! To boot, the facility is super cute and extremely clean. I would highly recommend!

??????The doctor and staff was extremely sensitive to my granddaughter...explained to her everything that was happening...made sure she was always comfortable and could communicate any problems or questions she had! She had no fears and no pain during a long appointment!!! Her only complaint was when the ceiling TV was momentarily blocked!
