I got to the office 2 minutes before my appointment and it was locked. The receptionist came to open it up and was talking on her cell phone...it seemed unprofessional. She then didn't seem to know I had an appointment until I showed her my confirmation email from ZocDoc. For the actual cleaning the Dentist did it (not a dental hygienist like I'm used to at any other cleaning I've ever had). I don't know enough about dental equipment to know the details but it was by far the most uncomfortable cleaning I have ever had. He used extremely cold water that was very sensitive on my teeth. He also never gave me a break like most dentists do.
