Dr. Kimura's office was very busy when I arrived. I waited about 8 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, and only after I let myself in to the suite area looking for someone to check me in. Besides that snafu, everything went very quickly. After I completed the paperwork (most information they already had through Zocdoc) I was called in a minute later. The hygenist seated me, bibbed me, and Dr. Kimura came in immediately after. She has a very calm demeanor and I believe she works peds as well, which I understand. She spoke intelligently yet not condescendingly about my dental issues and concerns. She also does the cleaning herself. It was not as "harsh" as I was used to (aka my gums didn't bleed) but my mouth felt good, and I'm good for another 6 months!
