Having had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I was a bit nervous going into my appointment. However Dr. Habibzadeh and his staff were extremely kind and reassuring which helped put me at ease. This was by far my easiest and quickest experience at a dentists office to date. Usually getting cavities filled takes about an hour or more at most places, but I was in and out of the office within 30-40 minutes. Dr H was very quick and efficient and made sure everything felt okay before I left. I would 100% recommend Parmer Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist in Austin.

I was a little nervous heading to the dentist office after not having been to one in several years. Everyone there was very professional and courteous which made me feel reassured with the exam. They went over my charges and deductibles very clearly and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Habibzadeh and his staff.

Everything from the front desk staff, assistants, and the doctor were great. The only suggestion I would make for the doctor is (especially because I am a first timer to having a root canal) is tell me what to do as aftercare and what to expect in terms of pain level and such. He just finished and was like, "okay you're done." He is very nice and gentle during the procedure just wish there was some parting words with explanation of expectation for the aftercare.

Went for my regular cleaning and check up, and got a free evaluation and second opinion on my toddler's teeth. I love that it is open on Saturdays, the staff is great, they make me feel comfortable, and Dr. Habibzadeh is very professional and trustworthy, I am very pleased and highly recommend this place.

Dr. M was very kind, professional and did a great job with my visit and teeth! The office was very clean, staff was very friendly, and all my problems were taken care of in the same visit, which was something other offices around the area seemed to want to separate by initial visit by a week or more. This office is a hidden gem, and I will be returning.

I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Doctor H (As he likes to be called) was calm, professional, and explained his plan of treatment and how he would proceed. The receptionist, who doubled as my hygenist, was very friendly and had all of the paperwork handled lightning fast. They checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing fine, and were very receptive to any questions I had.

The cleaning was pretty basic. I have gotten my regular teeth cleanings and check ups from two different doctors who I felt did a much better job than this dentist did. I did not feel the caliber of cleaning I received even required a visit to the dentist. I also chipped my tooth fifteen years ago and in that time have only needed to get it repaired once. I mentioned to Mohammad it felt like it was wearing down and he took a look and them commenced to pry at it with the steel hook tool, almost as if he was purposefully wearing it down more so that he could be the one to fix it... I really hope that was not the case. However, when I left I felt my chip had become more loose and he had pried some of the bonding glue off from the back in turn making it weaker. He seemed to lack experience and I was really turned off by my visit.

I walk in and barely get to sit down before I am called back. That doesn't happen anywhere else. Dr H. Is very concerned about your comfort and his staff is very sweet and professional. You are given multiple reminders about your appointment via email and text (which I need). They talked with me about prioritizing my mutiple teeth issues and figured out what worked best with my insurance and my budget. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. H and his staff were fantastic! I was really hesitant to find a new dentist after seeing the same family practice for nearly ten years before I moved in 2014.
Dr. H was super perceptive to how I was feeling, and he was quick to ease my nerves and discomfort, and he and his hygienist (sorry, you were super sweet but I can't recall your name) made the experience very pleasant.
I'm going back for a deep cleaning on the other side of my mouth in March, and I plan on staying with him for my next routine checkup.

Dr. Habibzadeh was very professional and took plenty of time to give my teeth a deep cleaning on my first visit. He also took some pictures of problem areas and talked me through what I could do to prevent trouble and what we were going to do to fix a couple problems. I also appreciated the time that was taken to walk me through the treatment plan and costs when I was still in my chair versus at the counter - I felt less rushed and was able to ask more questions. The weekend and evening hours are really convenient as well!

Very polite and concerned for my comfort. I had to get fillings and he was very up front with me about what he was doing at all times. The office also has a screen with a Netflix account, and as soon as I walked in, the technician asked if I wanted to watch anything. It really helped me take my mind off the discomfort a lot.

I am liking this dental clinic now. At first I was hesitant because their clinic seems like kinda new but then my opinion changed. The attendant Yasmin is very welcoming and nice. She seems very calm and approachable. The treatments are always fast and affordable as well.

Over all experience was positive. The staff was patient, efficient and pleasent. The tooth extraction was relatively painless, laughing gas helped, All in All i was treated well enough to the point i will return for any other dental work.

Everyone is his office went above and beyond. They were nice, they listened to my concerns (medical and financial) They stayed late to take care of me and never once made me feel like I was putting them out. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and obviously I am self conscious about that, not once did they say anything to make me feel judged or bad about these issues. I will recommend DR. Mohammad Habibzadeh to anyone looking for. Dentist.
