Dr Steve was very professional and understanding especially because I really was an apprehensive patient. I had 3 bad experiences with prior dentists and had not been to one in over 5 years. He wasn't judgmental - explained what needed to get done and his staff provided me with a print out of all the procedures and costs. The dental hygienist he worked with was very understanding and professional as well. I would recommend and definitely will be going back. In fact - another appointment is already booked.

I scheduled an appointment for a Dental Cleaning. I was the only person in the waiting room and filled out the pertinent information in 3 separate sections before speaking with someone. When I asked about payment I was told "do not worry about it." I pursued the question and found out I was being set up for X-rays and would not be billed until the follow up appointment. I was advised at the window that because I was a new patient, I would need X-rays before any cleaning. This is a fine practice, but I wish that this was brought to my attention the day prior when the Dentist office called personally to confirm the appointment time and request I arrive early.
I left the appointment after filling out the paperwork and without any services. I never met any Dentist. I felt mislead when I clearly marked an appointment for "Dental Cleaning". I do not need X-rays. I have perfect teeth.
