Dr. krikhely was amazing. The office is nice and clean with sophisticated equipment that makes you feel comfortable. From the minute I entered i was acquainted by her assistant which was very friendly and courteous. The assistant took her time to take accurate x-ray images. When Dr. Krikhely came in and explained everything. Her years of experience was evident. I went to her based on other reviews and I can't emphasize enough how great she is.

The girl at the front desk was the dental assistant. The room had the stuff that was supposed to be sterile open out on the table. She [the girl at the front desk] came in the room at the doctor request to do an xray. She [the girl at the front desk] put the xray cover across my chest, she picked up the xray film that was laying on the table, rinsed it off then proceeded to put it on the thing to put in my mouth. NO GLOVES. I PUSHED THE XRAY COVER OFF AND SAID NO. I left. This is how people catch diseases, get very sick and could even possibly cause death. People need to open there eyes, watch and pay attention. This is a big NO I WILL NEVER RETURN and this physician should be taken down as a recommendation from ZOC DOC.

Unpleasant and not welcoming. The cleaning was not done well at all. Also, the dentist was looking at me as if she was waiting for me to leave the room AFTER I walked in to be in the room with my daughter! My daughter was not comfortable with the dirty condition of the machine and tools. As a dentist, you should not have bad breath.

I love Dr. Kirkhely as my regular dentist! As a person who is very nervous about dental work, she is very gentle and efficient. However, the office does not have the newest tech, so for some riskier procedures, it may be necessary to visit a more equipped office (which Dr. Kirkhely will recommend).

Dr. Krikhely is very accommodating and gets the job done, fast... I have some concerns with the thoroughness of the cleaning I received, coupled with the fact that the practice does not accept credit cards, leaves me feeling like I've been "hustled."

This has to be one of the worst visits I've had at any dentist. I booked my appointment for 11:50am and around 11:20 the office called me saying I have an appointment for 11am. I cleared it up with them that I am scheduled for 11:50. I got to the office around 11:55, the receptionist gave me paperwork to fill out (which had many spelling errors). I was left for about an hour in the lobby until I was called in to see the dentist. The room is shared between two patients , which is very uncomfortable. The assistant took my X-rays and then I was left for another 15 min. I finally asked the assistant how much longer and the doctor was working on the other patient that was in the room with me. The doctor left him and came to me. She looked at my x-rays said i have good teeth and just started working. She didn't even introduce herself. Even though I waited over an hour to be seen I was expecting her to take her time with me. My visit with her lasted no more than 10min. It was my first time at her office and it was my last time!!! Never again.

The appointment itself was quick, however, there were two appointments booked for an 11:00 time slot. One had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen, and I was seen just after 30 min. My appointment only took about 15 minutes, it was just a routine checkup, and the doctor was very honest with me about what insurance would and would not cover, as well as all of my options (I had asked about whitening treatments). I will probably be returning, but I wish they were more organized and would see patients at the time the appointment was scheduled.

I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dentist. She makes her patients feel safe and at ease throughout the whole process, and she really listens to each and every concern.

Long wait and completely unsatisfactory service by the dentist. Dental cleaning should NOT take two minutes and consists of more than polishing. Dental cleanings should take at least 20 minutes. I would NEVER come back here again and would NEVER recommend this dentist.

This dentist got frustrated when she tried to numb my mouth for a root canal and I still felt the pain. Finally I was too nervous and upset to continue working with her. I will not be going back to her ever again. I hope she gets to see this review and work on her personality and patience.

Went in for a cleaning after not getting one in a year. Dr. Krikhely was extremely thorough, informative, and gentle with her cleaning, and gave me advice regarding keeping my teeth clean. I will be back for my next cleaning.

I am 6 ½ months pregnant and had a broken filling that needed to be replaced. Before my appointment, I was very nervous about having any type of dental work done during my pregnancy. But Dr. Krikhely helped take away some of my anxieties by taking the time to address all of my concerns and questions before she started treatment. Dr. Krikhely was incredibly professional, patient and caring with me. Not only was it a gentle and painless filling replacement, Dr. Krikehly also made sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her!
