Has a payment program if needed, but inconsistent billing. Worst experience while being treated. I was left with numbing in my mouth for over a half hour because he was working on multiply patients. When I went back to get my official crown put on they had to test it so many times that it took over an hour and still didn't get it properly seeded but I was so frustrated by the situation that I did not even care that the one was not seeded properly and left as quick as I could. I will find another dentist to seed the crown properly and get the rest of my work done.

This office requested my social security number when I arrived. I was upset and did not want to give it them since there is no reason they would need it, I gave them my ID and insurance card. They forced me to give them my social and said if I didn't they would have to bill me directly and not my insurance. I should have walked out but I proceeded. After I wrote down the number they put it on a piece of paper that followed me around the office for everyone to see! They did not keep it secure at all. I was very upset. I don't think people should be forced to give out that number.

Dr Fehmi knew exactly what he was doing, We struck up a conversation about how he graduated from University of Michigan which is one of the best dental schools in the country. After my crown prep he even gave me a great deal on whitening.

Dr. Fehmi is my absolute favorite. I drive pretty far to see him and I don't mind soing it because his staff is fabulous, he is a great dentist, and it is worth it to drive to the best.

Dr, Fehmi was kind and very gentle with my sensitive jaw pain. He quickly discovered that the pain I was experiencing in my teeth was not coming from my teeth at all, but rather from my sinuses, a diagnosis no dentist had ever told me before. He did not try to suggest any unnecessary procedures as nearly every other dentist usually does, but instead referred me to a doctor who could better determine the sinus issue.

Dr Fehmi is a very sweet person, he informed me very well with what needs to be done with my teeth, very understanding and gave me hope. I was terrified with going to the dentist before, not anymore. He talked me through everything, his staff is wonderful as well. I'm glad I found this office, and I actually look forward to returning with my kids, and his office is very state of the art, and very clean.
