It was my son's first time being there and we hadn't visited the dentist in a couple years. The whole staff was SO kind to him and made him feel at ease! Mind you, he had a few bad experiences at the dentist so I was very worried that this would add to his dentist anxiety. He was a little nervous being there but they took breaks when they asked and gave him pep talks throughout the visit! They were patient, kind, and understanding and this will definitely be our family dentist going forward!

The assistant seemed new which is pretty cool. I am a firm believer in on-the-job training especially with a difficult patient like me. It has been a very long time since I've been to the dentist and they were all so patient with me. Good work.

I graduated from University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry in 1986 and have been practicing in San Jose/Campbell area since 1987. I have vast training and experience in many areas of dentistry and am dedicated to keeping up with advances in dentistry by attending seminars and study clubs to update my skills. I have been a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Society since 1987.
I believe that, with advances in dental techniques, there is no reason why most people should not be able to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime. My goal is to work with you to attain lifetime of beautiful smile. I look forward to talking with you about how we can work together to enhance your oral health and your smile! Dental treatments are individualized for each patient. So, please tell me what you want, and I can treatment plan to meet your wishes.

Dr. Jennifer Young was good and polite, very nice but the dental assistant was not good. Maybe one of worst. He was pretty rough with the tools and wasn't too friendly. Seemed like it was his first day on the job. There were several times I winced in pain and I just went in for a regular cleaning.

I had not had a cleaning in a while, so love that she didn't judge to harshly. Just suggested how to accurately and effectively take good care after I left the office. I've recommended her to my husband and his friend. She's great.

Dr Young seems very capable and straightforward in describing my course of treatment. What I appreciate even more is the printed course of treatment, showing exactly what tooth, what is being done and my cost, and part that insurance pays, love how hi tech your office is.

The dental hygienist that treated me was very professional and had a great bedside manner.
The thing that stood out most, was that he explained what he was doing and why as we went through the treatment. It made me more comfortable to know exactly what was happening.

They were friendly but lacked professionalism. They were running super behind and kept leaving me to go to the patient next door to me in between my cleaning services.
Not a great impression for the first visit and they had difficulties figuring out their own equipment which did not exactly give me confidence in their practice.

As usual, appointment started right on time. Dr Young is now using some type of photographic device instead of x-rays to detect cavities. She always seems to have the latest in dental technologies. Gina and Amy are also great.

I called in dire need of emergency service with the worst toothache ever! They took me at 230 in the afternoon and before 5 my root canal was done and I was feeling great! The follow up visit for the crown was great, they have all the latest imaging equipment to machine the crown and the 360 cray was cool too. Topped it off with an excellent exam and cleaning and polish! Ready for the holidays!!!
