Horrible horrible experience. I’ve been trying to get ONE tooth fixed since December. I am pregnant and there is a risk of infection, yet every time I go, the receptionists ask me for my social and insurance all over again. Last time, I showed up and lost my whole morning only for them to tell me they would call me in a week to see if they could do the crown based on my insurance. It’s been a month and no news. I don’t recommend this sketchy office to anyone.

Not professional at all, dirty..,. the same gloves she uses to open my mouth is the one she use for everything else. Not to talk about the waiting time,that's my last time going there.

Their service is great but I went and stayed over an hour before being seen then after the wait time i was told that because of my insurance and how it worked they had to send an estimate before proceeding so i didn't get anything done.pretty disappointing.

I had a great visit to the dentist. I had bad experiences before but Dr. Santos made me feel good about getting my teeth fixed. She was compassionate and had a great deal of patience with me. The staff was friendly, always smiling.

I think my visit was great. Dr. Santos was incredibly attentive and sensitive to my needs as a patient. She knew my care well and was readily able to answer all of my questions about preventive care and maintenance of good dental hygiene.
