Dr. Nathan Janowicz grew up in rural Michigan before traveling the country to pursue an education in dentistry; he has called Manhattan home for the past two years. Dr. Janowicz earned his DMD degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL where he was an active member of his class. He served as the student government president for two years and was honored at graduation as a top graduating student. Upon graduation, Dr. Janowicz was selected to complete a general practice residency at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Following the year of general practice residency, he continued his post-graduate learning as an intern in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. Dr. Janowicz also took emergency call as part of his internship at both Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Mount Sinai West in Manhattan.
Dr. Janowicz is a skilled clinician in general dentistry with a passion for oral surgery. He has completed extensive training in oral surgery including exodontia and implantology and has experience treating medically-compromised individuals. He has participated in outreach programs to provide kids with free dental care and mouthguards to prevent sports injuries. Dr. Janowicz also trained at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL: a recognized name in exceptional dentistry. In his spare time, he likes to be outdoors with his dog Samson or traveling with friends.
