Cleaning & informing me that I could not have any other service completed without getting a “deep cleaning treatment done first “... I’m no dentist but a patient should be given options, not made to feel like they’re backed up against wall.

Very good experience. Front office has pleasant and efficient workers.
Did smell ?? something afoul though. Turned out to be a sweaty employee who was awesome but pungent.
Dr was very thorough. Showed me xrays. Explained options. Answered every question I had.
Highly recommend.

The staff was very welcoming upon entering. It was my first visit and I though because I did the online check in I could avoid the paperwork, but I still had to fill out the same exact information I did online. My appointment was 10:30 but I was not called in the back until about 11:20. Even while in the back I waited about 30min before the dentist came in to examining me. I left around 12:40.

His staff is very friendly and worked to fit me in at an earlier time to accommodate my work schedule. I had a deep cleaning and every detail was explained and I had no discomfort. Dr. Cole is a great dentist! He has great bedside manner and he made me feel very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and did not seem to mind that there were quite a few of them. Ellie, the dental hygienist, was very thorough and made sure my teeth were super clean! Great dental office and a very convenient location!

I absolutely loved everything about today's appointment. I was in a lot of pain & did a walk in. I believe I was seen in a fair amount of time. The Dr was extremely nice and explained everything that was going on with me & the plan I chose to go with. The staff was also courteous. There's no other place I'd go. I refer everyone I know here when they are looking to have dental work done.
