The brand new Academy Dental practice is warm and welcoming to all members of the community seeking dental treatment. Dr. Thind uses the most advanced equipment and techniques available including digital x-rays, Zoom Whitening and Six Month Smiles®. The office includes a game room with an X-Box and a separate meditation and healing room, to allow patients a variety of options to unwind and relax from their day, before or after receiving treatment.
Dr. Thind trained at the New York University College of Dentistry and is certified by the National Board of Dental Examiners. She completed her General Practice Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
As a proud New Jerseyan, Dr. Thind currently lives in the nearby Lawrenceville community. She is an active community volunteer with local school activities and annual fairs. When she is not providing gentle and caring dental services, she spends time with her husband and two children, practices yoga and travels.
Dr. Thind’s practice provides 24-hour emergency appointments, accepts walk-ins, and offers appointments seven days a week. She accepts all major insurances and is welcoming new patients.

Best Dentist I've ever been too. I have alot of anxiety about getting any work done to my teeth and they were very accommodating. Had a root canal done on one of my back teeth and was out in less then 30 minutes and experienced no pain what so ever.

Best dentist I have seen so far. Was able to schedule my visit and seen right away. They are nice and respect your time. I have been putting away work for long but after seeing Dr Thind, I feel comfortable to get those started here. She was very thorough and explained me the steps that will be taken, the best part being they are able to provide me a payment plan to help me getting initiated. I am happy I was able to find them.

And so ... I proceed. I'll tell you, dear reader how fun I went to treat my tooth.
I will say more! I will tell you in which clinic I had the fortune to treat
a favorite front tooth. () And so .. At the entrance I met a charming manager and all her appearance showed,
how glad she is to me. As it turned out, only manager was happy see me
Filling out the questionnaire, I had to wait in the waiting room,
trying to guess which of the people passing by is my doctor.
Frankly, I'm terribly afraid of dental procedures and
probably at that time was like a frightened kitten.
In addition, my bad English has created a language barrier. But,
I've calmed down,
Since then, as in our life entered the Great GGUL
worry about it does not make sense. The manager found out the reason
my visit to the doctor !!!! (not a doctor!))) And then he called the price.
I was taken to a rather cozy office and along the way I met ( a miracle)
The doctors!!! Follow me, the doctor ordered did't looking at me!
"Are you my doctor?" I stammered in fright. By her confident step, I realized
that this is the doctor. Placed in an armchair and trying to at least somehow
calm yourself
I heard again the manager with a request to pay a visit.
And then I wanted to argue. The doctor has not yet come to me, did not see
my problem, and the cost of the service has already been announced ???
There was still no doctor, but I heard that the doctor was taking other patients
but I need to wait. It took more than 2 hours, and finally, a miracle! The doctor approached
to me, examined the problem and ... left for another half an hour. Well, but the doctor has everything
by appointment and I signed up at a time that was convenient for me.
But my time is also worth the money, but it is not taken into account in this clinic.
The doctor came again and put on gloves. Hurray, I thought to myself,
but hurried. The doctor put on his gloves, took the phone and went out. Where did she go
in gloves, what she did, how she touched, I do not know,
but after some time she
went in and climbed into my mouth.
Without a word, she went out again ... Now, I thought. The thing is
not complicated.
I admired the ceiling when I suddenly felt the prick.
Oh my God, as it was suddenly, it hurts and does not need !!!!
On my "why" the doctor again hurriedly left.
Well, the doctor knows better, I reassured myself, I will tolerate!
I asked the doctor to tell her the plan of her actions
remembering a sudden injection. Oh, how distorted her face!
Day rolled to the end, but here I ... I want to know.
The manager quickly rushed in and we established communication.
The doctor and I no longer wanted to see each other and the doctor was not going to
hide it.
The doctor started working, and the assistant loaded the necessary tools into his mouth.
The saliva ejector worked to suck my cheeks from the inside,
as if he wanted to do liposuction. But when I turned on the water,
that liposuction of the cheeks is all trivial. Water flooded my face,
got into the nose and into the respiratory tract. I made it clear that I was suffocating and
and sat down began cough. Good. The work began again ...
The doctor tightly tightened my upper lip and closed my nose.
Liposuction continued in my mouth, and his face was flooded with water.
OOOO, what it was. Then I start hysterics,
which was expressed in a terrible laugh !!!
"Where did I get to? Is this already hell? Can I hope to survive? "
Finally they showed me the result, they are so happy with such beauty.
What did I see? The tooth is whiter than the others in 2 or 3 tones,
It is wider than the others, and there is no interdental space.
As if porridge was stuck between the teeth.
Let me remind you This is a clinic of aesthetic dentistry.
The esthete doctor advised me to drink coffee and red wine, so that the tooth color would go away.
You did not mishear. I was not advised to whiten other teeth,
but just more coffee. Having paid for the service, I jumped out of the door.
I must say that unfortunately I am familiar with American medicine
But how did this doctor get into medicine? Even aesthetic. Why not her,
and the manager made a primary inspection. How can I set the cost of work
before the doctor sees the problem? I think this is a disgraceful clinic
American medicine, and I will not be lazy to write the address of the
clinic and the name of the doctor.
Do not go there, take care!

She was a great doctor and made sure I was completely comfortable. The office wait time has been less than 10 minutes every time I go, however once I'm in the doctors office, the time it takes to actually begin the procedure can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour.
